If the target drive is a removable drive, the size of slices can be fixed or variable (depending on the free disk space). There is no limit to the number of slices created for each file. The size of each slice is very flexible. You can either choose to slice the file into fixed customized standard sizes or by specifying either the number of files or size of each file.
